By Muka provides photography, creative direction, and visual content services. All bookings, deliverables, and agreements are confirmed through written communication.

1.2 Booking & Payments

• A 75% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your session.
• Remaining balances are due on or before the session date.
• Pricing is subject to change, but confirmed bookings retain their agreed rate.

1.3 Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Rescheduling must be requested 48 hours in advance.
• Last‑minute changes incur a $75 rescheduling fee.
• Cancellations or non‑responses within 24 hours of the session incur a $75 cancellation fee.
• A 15‑minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals; additional delays reduce session time.

1.4 Delivery

• Standard delivery is within 10–14 days, provided via a link to the web‑Drive.
• USB delivery is available for an additional fee.
• Printed galleries and custom print orders are available upon request.

1.5 Outdoor Sessions

Travel fees may apply depending on location, distance, or permit requirements.

1.6 Liability

By Muka team is not responsible for delays caused by weather, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event of equipment failure or inability to deliver images, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.

• Arrive on time and prepared
• Communicate preferences in advance
• Respect the creative process and studio guidelines

• Extra Outfit — $75
• Additional Hour — 85% of original session price
• Behind‑the‑Scenes Mobile Video — $75
• Advanced Retouching — $50 per image
• Express Delivery (48 hours) — $155
• Extended Gallery (10 images) — $170
• Black & White Versions — $25
• Film‑Style Edits — $80 per set

Custom requests are priced based on scope.

3.3 Creative Direction

By Muka maintains full artistic discretion regarding posing, lighting, editing style, and final image selection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Licensing & Usage Rights

4.1 Copyright

All images created by By Muka are protected under copyright law. By Muka retains full copyright unless explicitly transferred.

4.2 Client Usage Rights

Clients receive personal usage rights, which include:

• Sharing on personal social media
• Personal printing
• Personal archiving

4.3 Restrictions

Clients may not:

• Use images for commercial purposes
• Sell or license images
• Submit images to publications without prior written agreement.
• Use images for brand promotion without prior written agreement.

4.4 Commercial Licensing

Commercial usage requires a separate licensing agreement and fee structure.

5. Updates to Policies

We may update these policies at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
